Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
14-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] or visit paddle.net.
Subscription Renewals
The 14-day refund window applies to the first payment of a new subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in any of the following ways:
- Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your purchase confirmation email
- Visit paddle.net and select "Request refund"

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. Customers in the EU, EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local consumer protection law. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, will always apply the highest applicable standard of protection.
