By accessing or using Musivo AI ("the Service"), operated by Musivo LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Musivo AI is an AI-powered brand headquarters platform that provides access to a suite of specialised AI agents including strategic, marketing, creative, financial, research, sales, and development advisors. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered access levels as described on our pricing page.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Musivo AI offers subscription plans billed monthly in EUR. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. For refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of Musivo AI is the exclusive property of Musivo LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you create using the Service remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI agents within Musivo AI generate content based on your inputs. This content is provided for informational and creative purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using any content generated by the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musivo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Musivo LLC is registered.
